BOOKING POLICIES

Welcome to Face Fairy Co. booking site.
Before scheduling your appointment, please read the following guidelines below.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE.
A deposit of $30 is required when booking an appointment & will be credited towards your final balance.
Your final balance is due in CASH ONLY.
NO CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo.
BUSINESS HOURS
Sunday - 10:30am-3pm
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 11am-6pm
Thursday - 11am-6pm
Friday - 11am-8pm
Saturday - 10:30am - 8:00pm
Availability outside of normal business hours, Monday or Tuesday if needed should be booked under "Early morning/Late Night".

GUEST POLICY
NO kids or extra guests are allowed.
Space is limited, please come alone & at your scheduled time.
LATE FEE
Each client is issued a grace period of 9 minutes.
At 10mins a non-negotiable late fee of $20 will be added to your balance.
At 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
If I can accommodate you after 15 minutes, a squeeze-in fee will apply for the inconvenience.
Please notify me if you are running late.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
NO SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling / Cancellations must be done within 48 hours of appointment time.
You are only allowed one (1) reschedule within the same month.
In the event that I (Makeup artist) has to cancel, your deposit will be refunded.
Please note that only $28.59 will be refunded as the booking platform charges $1.41 processing fee.
All NO-SHOWS & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 50% of remaining balance.
NO-SHOWS will be banned from booking & all future appointments cancelled.
To Cancel / Reschedule your appointment, Log in using the email used to book your appointment at the top of this page.
REMINDERS
Please come with a bare face free of any product.
Remove ALL facial hair (mustache & chin hairs), ensure that your brows are waxed or threaded & Exfoliate your face for a flawless/seamless application.
You are kindly asked to refrain from using your cellphone while being serviced.
If you cannot comply then, you will be kindly asked to leave.
