DEPOSITS & PAYMENT POLICY
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE
A $30 deposit is required when booking and will be credited towards your final balance.
In the event a refund is issued, please note that only $28.59 will be refunded, as the booking platform charges a $1.41 processing fee.
Final payment is due in CASH ONLY.
NO CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo.

Appointments outside of normal business hours (Monday or Tuesday included) must be booked under "Early morning/Late Night".

GUEST POLICY
No kids or extra guests are allowed.
Due to limited space, please arrive alone and at your scheduled time.
LATE POLICY
A grace period of 9 minutes is allowed. At 10mins a non-negotiable $20 late fee will be added. At 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
If accommodated after 15 minutes, a squeeze-in fee will apply.
Please notify me if you are running late.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS POLICY
NO SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING
Cancellations/reschedules must be made within 48 hours of the appointment time.
Each client is allowed to reschedule once within the same month.
No-shows & same-day cancellations will incur a $30 fee for appointments cancelled without sufficient notice.
No-shows will be banned from booking & all future appointments cancelled.
To cancel or reschedule, log in with the email used to book your appointment.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive with a clean, bare face free of any makeup or skincare products.
All facial hair must be removed prior to your appointment.
(Including mustache & chin hairs)
Brows should be waxed or threaded, and skin exfoliated for the best results.
Final payment is due in Cash only. Please have your remaining balance ready prior to your appointment.
No cellphone use while being serviced.
Right to Refuse Service
FACE FAIRY CO. reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, failure to comply with policies, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or circumstances that may compromise the quality of service or the working environment.
Deposits may be forfeited in the event service is refused due to policy violations.
